Big Shot Rob may have made the biggest shot in the playoffs this year.

The series that should have been the Conference Finals in the West (no disrespect to you Utah, but who wants to see you), it has come down to whether the supsensions in Game 4 that ended with Amare Stoudemire and Boris Diaw out for Game 5 and Robert Horry out for Game 5 & 6, would effect how the series may playout.ÂÂ
First off, stop the fucking whining! All day watching tv, listening to the radio, and articles online, you have to hear how the NBA was wrong for handing down the suspension and this taints how we see the rest of the series. If the Suns lose, they have a scapegoat. Last I checked, the Spurs aren’t a bad team.ÂÂ
It was no guarantee that if Amare played or Diaw with his 7 points would have shifted the powers to the Suns. True they would have made a difference, but what difference is that? And the main thing of this whole thing is YOU DON’T GET OFF OF THE BENCH DURING AN ALTERCATION….PERIOD! If you see the film, the two (Amare and Boris) were in a sprint to where the tussell was. And Amare could have kept that BS about him checking in because there were that much time left. Who knows what they were gonna do when thy got there, but that is why the rule is there. So that they can prevent those coming in with the wrong intentions away from a place that heated emotions can make you do crazy things. This is to help protect them to, remember Rudy Tomjanovich and the accidental blow known as The Punch that Kermit Washington gave him to break his jaw and face? I bet he wished that he would have sat his ass down.

It’s official, Dirk Nowitzki is the 2007 NBA MVP. Will this go down as one of the most disappointing in history?

Dirk Nowitzki has been announced 2007 NBA MVP after coming up short against the Golden State Warriors in this year’s playoffs. Dirk has no doubt been the best player on his team during their 67 win stretch to the first team in a minute to challenge the Chicago Bulls 72 win record.ÂÂ
He beats out Steve Nash, the MVP of the last 2 years, and Kobe ‘I can shoot over 4 people’ Bryant (I still think that you are the best player in the league. You and Tim Duncan). But the thing is this has brought up whether the award should be given out after the playoffs, but I say no. He was the Most Valuable Player to his team during the regular season. And I have a fucking problem with the award going to the person with the best record anyway. Just because you may have the best record does not mean that you were that much the reason for that. But Dirk I think deserved this one. Imagine if Steve won again. He would be up there with the like of Larry Bird and Bill Russell who won it 3 consecutive times and I can’t put him up there with them yet.ÂÂ
I just think that this will go down as the worst MVP to go down in history to date because of how small Dirk came up losing the the 8th seeded Warriors. Dirk, grow some fucking balls during playoff times when your team needs you!
