This story is not gonna go away soon. We get sent this video of the opening monologue of the Mike & Mike Roast that eventually stars Dana Jacobson, the soon to be X-Host of ESPN’s First Take. Hey, no one is looking to fire her from my part, but you know how people are when you start to give Jesus the F-Word. I guess God was against her morals. The story of Dana Jacobson drinking, making a fool out of herself, and making derogatory remarks about Jesus and Notre Dame just keeps coming. Here’s a pic taken during the Mike & Mike Roast with Jacobson caught red handed turning up a bottle of Belvedere at the podium, with Trey Wingo in the back giggling like a schoolgirl.

A christian group planned a protest rally outside of ESPN in Bristol, Conneticut on today at noon. We all know that when the liquor gets poured, the craziest sh*t comes out and telling Jesus to go f*ck himself has to top the list.

Dana Jacobson has been put on injured reserve (IR) for telling Jesus to “F*ck himself”

dana-jacobson-vodka.jpgSeems that ESPN did not take Dana Jacobson’s comments too kindly and has suspended ESPN First Take host for a week.

ESPN spokesman Josh Krulewitz said, “Her actions and comments were inappropriate and we’ve dealt with it.”

One eyewitness labeled it an “embarrassing display,” and a newspaper account said the crowd booed Jacobson. Notre Dame coach Charlie Weis also was in attendance.

Jacobson reportedly made a number of personal apologies the following day, including to Greenberg and Golic.

In a statement, Jacobson said, “I am sorry. My remarks about Notre Dame were foolish and insensitive. I respect all religions and did not mean anything derogatory by my poorly chosen words. I also deeply regret the embarrassment I’ve caused ESPN and Mike and Mike.

“My actions at the roast were inappropriate and in no way represent who I am. I won’t make excuses for my behavior, but I do hope I can be forgiven for such a poor lack of judgment.”

Notre Dame spokesman Dennis Brown said, “While we in no way condone Ms. Jacobson’s comments, we’re aware of the circumstances in which they occurred, and in the interest of forgiveness, trust that she and ESPN will address the matter in an appropriate way.”

Dana Jacobson the life of the party during the Mike & Mike roast

Dana jacobson drunk at roast“f**k Notre Dame” “f**k touchdown Jesus” “f**k Jesus” and the step-aside-because-lightning-is-about-to-strike…”f**k Jesus” That’s just one of the statements made by ESPN’s own drunken belly shots chick Dana Jacobson. Seems that the Michigan Alum sucked all of the fun out of a roast for Mike and Mike that included people like Eddie Griffin, Nick Bakay, and others. See was seen drinking Vodka straight out the bottle and mumbling crazy sh*t under her breath.

It was brutal. It was ridiculous. It was funny - some of the time.

It was also too long and uneven. There were too many guests. And, unfortunately, there wasn’t a hook to pull some of them off the stage.

It was everything a roast should be: insulting, vulgar and fun. Unfortunately, the fun moments weren’t frequent enough as Mike Golic and Mike Greenberg of the popular ESPN morning talk show “Mike & Mike” celebrated their eighth anniversary with a celebrity roast at a sold-out House of Blues……..

ESPN anchor Dana Jacobson made an absolute fool of herself, swilling vodka from a Belvedere bottle, mumbling along and cursing like a sailor as Mike & Mike rested their heads in their hands in embarrassment. Griffin came to the podium to defend her after she was booed by the crowd. Ross eventually had to pull her off stage, too.

I just hope someone sneaks the video on to youtube soon!

Let’s lift up our glasses full of Vodka, well, bottles of Vodka and say thanks Dana, thank you for helping us realize that when it comes to drinking, less is more:
