Mixed Martial Arts has caught on like wildfire in the last few years since the demise of boxing and the brutality that came along with it.  Men had to find something that gave us the blood, hand to hand combat, and yes, more blood that we once got out of boxing.  No longer do we talk about the Tyson’s, Holyfield’s, and Ali’s, but now we find men talking about the UFC fighters around the water cooler. You can’t watch DirectTV without seeing UFC PPV fight announcement. 

Our new friends at ASKMen.com has compiled a top 10 list of the best UFC fighters.  After locking themselves in a room with no cable, no radio, no sex, and nothing but UFC DVDs, here’s the list they came up with:

10.  Dan Severn - Dan “The Beast” Severn was an American mixed martial artist and a professional wrestler when he entered the UFC in its early stages.

9. Georges St-Pierre - Quebec’s own George “Rush” St-Pierre, aka “GSP,” is the former UFC Welterweight Champion and has made great strides in the UFC in very little time.

8.  Anderson Silva - Anderson “The Spider” Silva is among the toughest UFC fighters to ever be a Middleweight Champion in the UFC.
