Sean Taylor, Washington Redskins safety, dies early this morning; RIP

Sean Taylor Dies

Washington Redskins defensive back Sean Taylor died Tuesday morning, a day after he was shot by an intruder at his home in Palmetto Bay, Florida. He was 24.

The one-time standout with the Miami Hurricanes died at Jackson Memorial Hospital in Miami, where he was airlifted after the shooting Monday morning.

He never regained consciousness after the shooting, Sharpstein (his ex-lawyer) said. “It’s a senseless, tragic death that was so unnecessary, another example of the incessant violence in — not only our community — but the country now.”

Josh Brown of the Seahawks shows the NFL how to take down Devin Hester

Devin Hester is the most feared kick returner in the history of the NFL.  He has broken records and continues on his tear by making coaches look stupid when they decide to kick to him.  But there is a guy, a guy who is a kicker, who knows how to tame this beast of a returner.  Josh Brown takes Hester down in the open field and gives him the business once he jumps up.

Ha, just kidding.  This was a lucky ass tackle with Hester coming out of traffic, but still funny anyway with Brown getting a chance to feel likea a real NFL player.
